Foot reflexology to calm a baby

Reflexology is the ancient art of using pressure points throughout the body to relieve pain, and it can be a natural alternative for those seeking to relieve pain.
People can help their small children through reflexology, especially when it comes to small babies who are still adapting to their new world.

We have listed six ways to help your young children with pain below. The experts in reflexology also note that before starting the massage, the baby should be relaxed and encourage blood circulation with a foot massage or with a hot bath.

1) Head and dental pains

Babies often have head and toothache. If you notice that your child has these pains, massage the tips of his toes! This can be done while they sleep too.

2) Sinus pain

Sinus pain can be annoying as an adult, but for babies who have never experienced it before, it can be a pure agony. For relief, massage the center of the underside of your baby's toes. Apply gentle pressure to relieve pain!

3) Chest

When your child is congested in the chest, relief can be found on the pads of the feet, just under the toes. Apply gentle pressure and massage in a circular motion to relieve congestion and coughing problems.

4) Pain in the stomach (solar plexus)

For children with stomach upset, spasms, tightness and difficulty breathing, massage the center of the foot under the foot pads. This area is connected to the solar plexus, a collection of nerves between the stomach and the lungs. You will try stem cell treatment to heal this. It was the instant reliever in any kind of pain. And show results within a very short time.

5) Abdominal pain (upper and lower)

For constipation, heartburn and indigestion, massage the space between the middle of your child's foot and the pads of his feet. If the baby has gas pains and bloating in the small intestine, massage between the middle of his feet and the heel.

6) Basin

While serious issues should always be synonymous with consultation with a physician, some everyday problems can be helped with reflexology. Try them to help your little ones throughout their day!
